We booked for 2 nights and extended for one more though we had other plans because the service and staff was better than excellent. They really cared for our wellbeing and fulfilled us every wish. The included breakfast was very delicious. We had different options but always chose the si doi special breakfast with coffee or tea, fresh pressed juice, bacon, mushrooms, saucages, toast+jam and different kinds of eggs. This comes with an delicious fruit plate. The restaurant where we ate the breakf.

The hotel is very good situated and close to lot of bars, restaurants and Shops (our room was very quiet) To the beach is only a 5 - 10 min walk, where you can take surfing lessons from the Lokals. What a Fun !!! We had a very good stay in sidoi hotel and I wo. I stayed here my last night in Bali, and was very happy with my stay. At a reasonable price it was so nice to come to a nice and clean hotel room with ac. The pool is also a extra pluss as I didn't want to go the beach (which isn't that nice). The staff here is really friendly and helpful. They let me stay longer in my hotel room the day I was checking out, because my flight left late at night.. Without extra cost. I can definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers!. This is one of the best places I have stayed. The value for money was well worth it. The beds were really good always got a good nights sleep. I got a lot more than expected for the amount 1 paid. Also i stayed a lot longer than I was going to. The staff were really great alway willing to help with no problems. The free breakfast was a bonus. Cheers guys hopefully see you again next year. Room was a good size, clean, and over looked their beautiful courtyard/pool. It's a great location- a few minute walk to the beach and right next to tons of massage places, restaurants, and markets. The courtyard and pool area were beautiful. A little paradise in the middle of a busy place. Restaurant also good, breakfast included in the price was great. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool, very friendly staff, wifi had some problems but they fixed it very quickly so overall it was good, they informed us that if our room was free the next day we could check out at 18:00 with no extra cost which fortunately happened. We loved the way they folded our towels in animal shapes, it was really nice to come home and see what kind of creatures they'd made. Apart from that, the service was good and the food was really nice and cheap too. Also the bed was good. Do realize it's a really busy neighbourhood, if you don't sleep too easily, don't go there. Staff was always very helpful and speaks good English. Our flight was at 10pm and we could do late check-out for no extra charge, something that we did not expected and very much appreciated. The hotel complex includes a pool and even a little temple, this makes it very relaxing although you are in the middle of Kuta. The owners/managers were very welcoming and really made every effort to make me feel at home rather than at a hotel. They went out of their way to look after me. As a disabled person (use sticks or walker to get around) I was helped at every opportunity by the family. I will definitely be back (Sorry Arnold). Everything! The shower was hot and powerful and the bed was comfortable. The location was just what we were looking for (near the surf). I stayed there for two days. A lot of footballpubs, and not a lot of nice restaurants to chose from. Nothing. Didn't deal with staff too much but they seemed accommodating enough although (which is expected while traveling) the language barrier was tough with most of the staff. Room was on second above ground floor with no elevator but that was not a real problem for us. They also helped us with our luggage up. There seems to be a mix up with the hotel address (different stretches of the road named the same) and we should have given the taxi driver the instructions sent to us from the hotel by email after our booking instead on relying on the taxi driver to know the hotel address. There was one employee who straight away offered to take us to Ubud for 500.000 rupiahs! which is way too much. He kept on trying to scam us into these 'deals' of his, which was rather annoying. You'd think somebody from your hotel would try to do his best to make sure you'd get a good price. Already everybody in Kuta tries to pull your leg, it would be nice if it didn't happen in the hotel. Rooms are a little bit dark (or at least the one we stayed in). Lack of eftpos facilities. Also the number of different levels because as a person who uses sticks it is sometimes frustrating when trying to move around freely. Nothing. If your looking for value for money then you should stay here :). Need to walk a few mins to reach kuta beach and shopping area. But it is fine for us. However, at night, the small road in between was so dark without any lighting. Thus, it was a bit dangerous to walk to the beach walk when there were no others tourists walk together. The interior might be a bit dated, but they compensate by making sure the room were cleaned. There were noises sometimes from constructions in the morning and from cats somewhere around under the roofs during the night. WiFi was not very fast all the time. During my two-days staying, I found that in my room there was no toilet mat, so after shower, the water would come out to the floor. And the hotel also didnt put the construction materials in some places because the hotel was constructing a parking area in front of the hotel. The travelers must be careful because the hotel is located in narrow lane with full of vehicles. Nothing!:). nothing. We only stayed 1 night, and couldn't find anything we didn't like.. i'm pretty easy to please, so was quite happy with everything, although tap on shower kept dripping if it was not turned off with a bit of finesse, but no problem. Located next to a noisy road, but if you're coming to Kuta what do you expect?! ;) But couldn't hear any of this noise in our room (3rd floor). If you don't like motorbike noise Don,t go to this area of Kuta it can be very busy. Nothing. Room was facing the road! Kuta is very noisy and polluted! Bars close to hotel, are open till 2 am with loud music! Crazy streets, no respect from cars, motorbikes... Some of the facilities weren't in order when we got there. Although the staff fixed it right away. Perfect place to stay in Kuta. Linen could be newer - towels were clean but grey..... They need replacing. all was good. A little bit noisy, but ok. There was no sunlight in the room Very dark had to continually Use lights day and night. a little bit noisy (music) at night from pubs nearby. Lots of Mosquito. motorbikes in the street. nothiing.
