In my room, the washtap was leaked. And i told the staff but they didn't repair it until i leave this hotel.
The housekeeping not cleaning the room everyday, they only clean the outside. Tv channel's was not properly.
No wifi. The hotel is a bit outdated, the room was ok, quite large compare to the new hotel which has minimalist concept. However, they need to refurbish the bathroom. There is no shower curtain and the bathtub is a bit dirty. For breakfast, we had to go to Bali Summer and the options are limited, we even couldn't ordered eggs.

The room is dirty, hair is everywhere, the fllor is dusty, the toilet got previous guest soap, no dustbin in toilet or room, a lot of mosquito, the room very hot even we have go to lowest temperature, the staff not really informative, we planned to check out earlier but since we have to pay full price for 3 nights, we just hold there and spend very minimal hours in the hotel itself.
