Exellent accomodation with nice staff, located in a good position, 30 minutes from International Airport and a few steps from the beach and evening entertainements. Ok for daily excursions about 30 km around. New and modern building with swimming pool on the top floor. Rooms quite small but confortable and very clean. All systems like air conditioning, shower, TV and safety box operating very well. Free Internet and free minibar. Breakfast with a lot of food. Moore important breakfast time fro.

Hotel is located just 2 minutes walk from the famous Kuta Beach and a 5-10 minute walk from the majority of the shops along the main Kuta strip. Roof top pool was beautiful. Rooms were a good size and were cleaned everyday. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also a wide selection of food available at breakfast. There is a tour desk in the lobby where you can arrange tours of the island or arrange airport drop-offs. The staff of the hotel, as the general of the people in this region are very friendly and excellent to all the visitors (they live mostly from the tourists), and nothing to discuss about this. The location of the hotel is also good for those who visits in the first time as me the area, to look for the neighborhood. I love the room, its very chic. Its not that big but it has good interiors. The breakfast buffet was presented really well. It was delish! The mini bar was amazing too! Not to mention the infinity pool!! A perfect getaway. But what I love the most ~ the staffs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was perfect including not only indonesian food but also cereals, pastry, fruits, eggs etc., the room was cleaned daily including new towels, sheets and two bottles of water, the pool was really nice and the food always good. Free wi-fi was good but at times was very slow, it seemed to work everywhere else e.g. Roof top bar/lobby, except for our room - 1309. I've bad luck with the choice of the bedroom (#4109) - (next of the cleaner's room and the elevator) and for the pool's assistance area. So very early in the morning time (6h00-6h30) you will wake up with the servents talks and radio communications,without spiking of the regular journey's of the elevator. Unfortunately there is a construction going on halfway in front of the hotel so that the view on the beach contains a view on that one but there was not too much noise going on so it was really no big deal. Our bed was a bit squeaky but still very comfortable. Everything was perfect. Selection of breakfast menu could be further improved to include more varieties and menu could be changed every other day for guests that have longer stay in the hotel,. Transport service provided is expensive but it depends on where you want to visit. Noises from corridor can be heard. The swimming pool is small. As a beach hotel you would expect a clothes line in bath room to hang wet stuff as no outdoor space. Not really a major issue just would have been nice. Also the bathroom and toilet have frosted glass doors, so for a room that is very small leaves little to the imagination when staying with your partner. This said, would happily stay here again!. No privacy. (shower is a glass cubicle in the middle of the room. I'm not exaggerating!) There is also no way to go to the bathroom with any sense of privacy. Bathroom was basically a joke. Very small rooms. Should open the pool for nite swim since its a rooftop pool. very small standard rooms. Rooms did not block sound coming from the outside or next door.
