The staff were wonderful and it was super close to the airport which was perfect for a flight arriving late at night (it would also be great if you needed day use near the airport). The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and tidy. We like every bit of it. We chose a small accommodation bc we wanted a family approach type. My 3 kids were all very happy as it was so much like home. We certainly recommend this and we would like to stay here again.

We would've, in retrospect, spent our last day more in central Kuta and taken a slightly longer taxi ride in when it was time to catch our flight so we would've had more to do. Airport shuttle is quiet expensive. The location is difficult to find, and there are a lot of mosquitos in the room, and a cockroach, too. I suggest to pay more attention to this matter. Musty smell in room, little choice of restaurants nearby, breakfast wasn't as good as expected. need motorbike as too far from beach and shops and resurants. The room was cramped and in need of a little maintenance. We lived in another building, not as beautiful as the main hotel in the photo; the wifi doesn't work; a lot of noise from airport. No wireless in room. Pool near the walkaway to Reception Counter. The room had no wifi, no food to buy nearby, very hard to get taxi to buy some food, a lot of mosquitoes in the room and no repellent, the room is very old and rundown and it felt very dirty. The toilet seat was very scary and black with foot prints. Also the light outside the room door, which comes through the upper door and couldn’t sleep as it was bright and there is no way to off the light. Telephone, couldn’t make any calls locally only internal which is a joke. They charge you 3% more if you pay with credit card. Our room had a small window. It was noisy. It didn't have any free plugs. The bathtub was in bad conditions. No wifi in rooms.
