Great hotel and staff friendly and always willing to please. Hotel is remote but that is why we chose it. Had a great view over the local village, was interesting everyday. Breakfast was served in our room and was good value. Pool was refreshing and private. Restaurant was good. Small menu but food of high standard. We loved the privacy at this affordable centrally located villa. The staff were amazing! The food was cheap and still tasty although the menu could be expanded a little. The outdoor bathroom was amazing we loved it!.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room with private pool and nice views over the countryside towards the sea. Good value for money. Our room faced west and we spent the hottest part of the day in our a/c room. Maybe a a couple of umbrellas. We didn't mind this but it is a little out of the way up a windy road. But quite central to Jimbaran Bay and Nusa Dua. The cousin was far from being tasty. The portions were small and rather expensive.Seafood is a bad European version. It was really difficult to get to the beach because of the location and it would have been great to organize a transfer because to use a taxi was expensive. The Internet was sometimes really slow so we had to ask for staff's computer in order to work. Absolutely nothing!. Nothing. the view is not so nice. you see houses and that's all. Nothing to complain about. The resturant only had ceiling fans and no open windows, making it very hot to sit down and enjoy a meal. And the location of the hotel was a little too far out of the way for us. We caught 2 taxis the day we arrived in Bali and both didnt know where the hotel was located. One of the taxi drivers even got lost!. Little far from anything so you cannot walk but didn't worry us as we didn't want to go anywhere . slow wifi. The road up to the Jimbaran Cliff Hotel. Shower pressure. Shuttle service did not work, we had to pay the double price to get out and in the hotel. Very far from the city and the beaches. Massages are too much expensive (4 times the price in town).
