The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, not to mention honest, I accidentally left my purse in the villa fridge and the next day one if the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me. The hotel is beautiful, our villa was private, and very romantic. The spa treatment I received were excellent. Thank you for your superb hospitality, we will return. 1. Good design, Personally i prefer Balinese design villa than those modern design. 2. Staff with very good attitude, service was excellent. We have been upgraded from 1 room Villa to 3 rooms Villa. 3. Although the location is not very good, but the free shuttle bus is very useful. it is free of charge in Jimbaran area.
