This was my third lengthy (4 week) stay and I love the rooms and the homeliness of the Hang Tuah. The staff are very welcoming and professional and always look after me very well. When I got the flu on this trip, they even made me fresh ginger and lemon tea!!!. Great stay for 5 days. Recceptionist named Nina helped us a lot! She is a perfect worker and receptionist. Understood English which is quite rare in Jakarta. Security got us taxis very quickly. Great job. Would recommend.

Although very close to a busy road, the room was quiet and intimate. Excellent service, breakfast limited but good, especially the porridge. Staff always friendly and efficient. Will help you call Mcdonald's delivery. Near to major malls.Will stay here again. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is homely and tastefully decorated. The speedy and affordable laundry serviceis a plus!. Simple & sensible facilities, elegantly designed and very comfortable stay along with a very helpful staff. The room are spacious and clean, and felt homy. The family and home atmosphere. -Kind staff and hospitality. The only down side is the traffic on Jalan Hang Tuah I, which seems to be getting worse each time I come to Jakarta, but once inside the hotel, it is fine. Weak wifi in certain rooms and at certain times. Limited breakfast selection. Gym equipment was a bit squeaky. But not a problem to get a good workout if you are creative. It took quite a while to locate it- a sign saying "Hotel" rather than Hang Tuah 1/2 might have helped. Too much noise in the rooms. N/a. nothing. Wi fi flakey. Being small hotel, location is not known of the taxi driver. The menu can still be improved. The wifi works better in the evening only. The staff was rather stiff. The WiFi access is very poor and intermittent throughout the day. This really has to be improved because primarily these days, people keep in touch with their loved ones and work using the Internet !! Thanks for the consideration. -Shower water pressure was very low. -Traffic noize makes unconfotible. -Not reccommend for business user due to heavy traffic sorrounding area.
