  The staff are very friendly. Always smiling and and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and yet were allowed to check in even though the time to check in is at 2pm.   Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. After a tiring day out, I can just walk over to the mall and have a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks or JCo Donuts and enjoy the night away till closing.   Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Next to shopping centre, you can hire a car with a driver from hotel reception and have amazing trip to Tangkuban Perahu, hot springs and floating market.
