We were 4 adults with 3 kids ages from 3 till 9 years old. We stayed at Rindu villa with 3 beds. It was the cleanest and quiet villa. Every detail of the interior has been chosen with a good taste. The attitude was like we were gods came down from the Olympus. Thank you: 1. Butler “Au” – you fulfilled our every caprice. 2. Chef “Nyoman” – you can do whatever our stomach wants to eat. The two overlooking the pool have balinese shower outside and one also inside , a bathtub...Upstairs rooms have inside shower and view over the ricefields.A big swimmingpool and nice gardens and an open living room and kitchen, really hu. We had a wonderful vacation! The ENTIRE staff is very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. We opted for a private chef, Nyoman and he fed us well. Him and his assistants did a great job at feeding us, a baby, and 2 picky kids. He's extremely talented and we miss his cooking! Our Butler Ayu was great as well. She set up everything we asked for, including a driver. The housekeepers did a super job, and all were very kind to us and our kids. The villas are so beautiful, no detail was over. Wi-fi was a bit slow - probably too many users at the same time. Many insects outside the rooms especially at night but that is part of nature!. Can't find anything NEGATIVE. Not much. There is a public pool and restaurant nearby that can be a bit noisy at times (weekend in particular). Tendency sometimes for staff to come in unannounced. the location of the villa altho quiet and relaxing did not have much outside of the villa, you have to go to seminyak which is 15 mins drive away. The hotel did provide a free drop off every tho for our group which is nice. Some of the statues and postures are topless, which is something we don't like. Everything was perfect. The hot water smells bad and can not be fixed, although the manager give us a bottle of white wine for excuse. 3 persons had spa, but one is definitely not professional , the other one do it too fast and make my skin hurt. Toilet in my room not work. Not enough hot water. Hot water for shower was not sufficient. July Bali is pretty windy and a bit cold at night, the last 1-2 persons who took shower suffer not too warm water. Water at level 2 not strong and often stop flowing half way Pool is smaller then expected.
