We stayed at their 2-bed villa for a week in late April. Great villa with a separate outdoor (though covered) kitchen area, a separate living area and a private pool in between the two bedrooms. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows (I'm still trying to find out how to buy their pillows!). Breakfast was provided daily to our dining table at a time we set the night before - the menu comprised a selection of "western" and two Indonesian dishes. Great fruit drinks and coffee! The private pool was large and luxurious, the indoor/outdoor bathroom and fountain in the garden were amazing, the room was generous and nicely styled, the outdoor living room was great. The staff were excellent, cleaning the rooms and testing the pool each days, and later tuning down the bed and lighting mosquito coils. Perfect romantic, private getaway. A quick trip to the beach, a walk or drive to some fantastic restaurants, and not far from sites if tha. Just returned from a four night stay at the komea villas. It is located in the Canggu area, and besides a padi field, very quiet but not too far away from the restaurants and shops. The villa is spacious with a pool to plunge on the hot days. An absent minded staff left a mineral water bottle filled with fragrance oil in the bathroom of my friend - without looking carefully at what he was drinking, he took a sip of it! Could have been disastrous but all turned out well. The unlucky friend also slipped and fell during the stay - although the staff were very attentive and came over with small bandages and some antiseptic solutions, I was surprised they did not have a proper first aid kit with proper bandages for a big cut. Nothing. It was perfect. Liked everything about the villas. The access to the beach is a bit longer and difficult then discribed in the offer. It leads through the narrow and dangerous road without any pedestrian path, pavement. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect. That we had to leave ;-). The final order of room service is 10pm. I hope we can order later than 10pm. there is nothing i didn't like. Everything was fine. Nothing. a little noisy. Nothing. The concept of an open air bath room.
