Warm welcoming atmosphere, excellent service-staff,especially in the restaurant, proactively customising services in the Buffett restaurant!all in all,good location with lot of green space-park like grounds,secure and safe environment and grounds. All staff working as a team and showing care and courtesy to all guests---taking time to talk to them, responding to their requests etc. This is an excellent hotel in a very touristy city.

Trident udaipur was set apart as they genuinely wanted to make guest's stay customised and cared after. the attention they give is not formal but the staff actually cares to give solutions to your every problem. amazing stay. Courteous service,greenary and enclosures for peacocks,deers,well trailed walk in Nature, clean swimming pool, value for money. Will recommend strongly. Had a good stay. Staff very courteous & ever ready to help. Make you feel very comfortable. Lowest rung to the topmost employee is treated as equal. No service tips to any staff. Informative and friendly staff including very helpful manager. Food was quite good. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Lake tour and walking paths are worth experiencing. Nice property.... Food at hotel restaurant not so good but better to eat out at local restaurants in town and they are close by. Bit off the city; so near by restaurants and shops. One has to rely on public transport or use cabs. Too busy with weddings. Staff is friendly and they try to do their best but they need more training. Management should provide it!. Food, n bathroom fittings. The checkin and billing was a disappointment. When I reached hotel , they did not have unformation that I have booked a room which is confirmed. They were not aware of the price of room and also what was in scope. They finally agreed , but new person in morning had same problem ..,.he again overcharged me even after committment of giving discount on food which was not given . he trie dto overcharge on agreed room rate which I resited and then he backed off!! This houdl not happen. Housekeeping staff needs to be trained further, poor service provided. Management needs improvement; I had booked three rooms 20 days in advance, my rooms were not ready on arrival; requests for adjacent rooms and king beds were not met. Twin beds were joined, which were very uncomfortable. Umidity was terrible, the sheets were wet and the smell off umidity was very strong Food was really expensive and not good, carefully if you order " a la carte", the bill is going to be a bad surprise.
