Staff was really friendly and always there to listen. Proximity to the metro. very helpful staff. Certain staff members were very friendly which is always nice as we are all people and if someone is nice to you, you tend to reciprocate. It was what we expected for the price. The driver organised by the hotel to transfer us to the airport on both ocassions was very good and safe.
