The pleasantness of your staff especially during the breakfast on the 2nd floor. For the guys nothing was trouble. They would go out of their way to make sure that we were attended to. Thanks to the wonderful Mr. Kashish who was so professional and warm and of course the others as well. Room quality supreme, located very close to Saket mall, Free WiFi, service excellent, transportation to/form airport well executed and high-class, hotel restaurant excellent (good menu, vast breakfast choices both Indian and continental).

Restaurant is busy with with outsiders more than hotel guests. The reception area could be improved. The tax policy doesnt match other hotels. They charge 10% on the rack rate (it mentions a fixed tax charge that I overlooked) rather than what is paid. What happens is that the actual rate I ended paying is higher than they advertise. This is cheating in a big way. The cleaning guy telling me to complete the feedback form for him ticking 9 and 10's out of 10. breakfast could be better. Far away from the city center. Hotel functional but not so attractive. nothing. Food / Drinks over priced. Bag was snatched from a restaurant that a hotel driver took us too. Really very disappointing I expect more from Hilton . Surely booking from hotel gives you some peace of mind. After several requests and several days in between restaurant bar was not able to deliver cold beer from tab. Ambience, cleanliness. The hotel looks like 3 star and corridors were stinking and roof leakage were seen. Old toilet and dusty room.
