Proximity to the International Airport is great given the traffic within Mumbai, took 15 minutes to get there from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and attentative, from the time we checked in until the time we checked out the service was excellent. Nice business hotel near the airport. Room equipped nicely. Ice bucket wasn't a problem to get. shuttle to airport always available.

Restuarant options are also slightly limited. out our window from 569 there is a huge building process going on. Double glazing wasnt great so quite noisy with the traffic overnight. Rooms were not upto expectation for a 5 star hotel. Found a cockroach in the toilet. There was no hand held bandit. Breakfast hours should be longer. Toilets without health faucet. 1. Billing / Payment system. 2. Did not allow early check in. Stayed 1 night, paid for 2. Nothing!. The shower being down steps which you have to be careful not to slip on. A lot of tax. toilet. Construction activities & road works are going all around the hotel, so there's no view to enjoy. THE SHOWER WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY & OVERALL THE ROOM WAS A 4*, NOT 5* AS STATED. Too far from the City. - Staff wasn't warm and welcoming - didn't make us feel home - The hotel was too crowded. - It took us ages to get to the right guy, at times it took us 3-4 calls for the reception guys to pick up! - They arranged for an external taxi, quoted a specific rate. The taxi driver asked for a completely different rate halfway through. We called up at the reception to check. They never called back!!!!!!! Totally unexpected!. Our room was opposite a building site approx. 50m away. Of course we 'enjoyed' noise wake-up. Food and service in the restaurant were very poor. Staff were cold and not very efficient. Not able to accommodate even simple requests. Tried to charge breakfast for my 3 year daughter who nibbled on a donut.
