Stayed for 14 nights, felt like home. Never been so comfortable in a hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were great, really friendly, really helpful. They didn't have the room that I booked but were happy to upgrade me the next day. The room was clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Would stay there again.

Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Our stay at the Ascot Hotel was wonderful although we only stayed for a day but the staff made it as comfortable as it could be. The breakfast was basic and tasty. The room was very clean. Position and accesibilty to transport for city tours - The location is perfect. They respected my wish for a quiet room. Theydid change me to another room with better air con two days after Icomplained of the air con in my room being too noisy.
