Very beautiful and relaxing hotel. The rooms were very spacious and the area is very peaceful, which is a welcome since I found Jaipur to be very busy city. The food was very good and of variety. To their staff, all I can say is a huge thank you. I unfortunately fell ill and their staff was the most accommodating, found me a doctor and actual cared for my well being. Traveling alone, it was nice to have their support. The hotel is at quite the distance from the main touristy areas but nothing .
all reviews » I wish we could live at Hotel Vimal Heritage! We were only supposed to stay one night but extended our stay to three. Our room was beautiful, and it was obvious that the decor of the entire hotel had been thoughtfully considered. The shower was hot, the restaurant's food was delicious (one month later and I'm still craving the aloo gobi), and the owner and all of the staff were wonderful and unforgettable. We hope to return someday!. Very friendly and "afterlooking" staff, good breakfast to start your day, nice rooms - none of them look the same :) and most of all very, very, very friendly owners who helped us planing our trip (telling us some realy beautiful places to visit) and arranged an awesome driver who drove us trough whole Rajasthan!! Totally recommend this hotel - quiet and peaceful, nice garden to relax!!. It is a real boutique hotel decorated with wonderful taste and love, oasis of peace and tranquility in the center of the city! Rooms are very spacious, bright and welcoming, swimming pool in the court is also very nice (despite the water was quite cold). Finally, the owners are very nice, warm and smiling people and they have a nice dog:-). Our stay at the Hotel Vimal was definitely one of our best stays during our month long trip around India. The hotel architecture is very beautiful, very Indian style which makes the impression that you're really leaving like in those prince/princess times. The only thing that could have been better - the pool was incredibly cold which made it quite painful to get in and there isn't much room around the pool to sunbathe, nonetheless, it is still a lovely pool which we did use. We stayed on the ground floor near to reception, so can be noisy during the night when people do late check-in or any enquiries. -Nothing!!. The breakfast was rather simple and the staff seemed slightly condescending. The price seems rather exaggerated for Indian standards. Like most hotels in Jaipur it is some way from the old town but this can indeed hardly be helped in Jaipur. TV cable connection. Swimmingpool was not so clean. Nothing to mention about. The staff was not nice, they barely look at you when they talk to you. Not a good option to exchange money. The location is a little bit hidden (however don't let that stop you). The breakfast is not the best, it was the only time in India that we got fruits out of a can. In any case, turn of the phone in the hotel room. The receptionist called us at 7 o'clock in the morning and asked us something about the shower. He called us again at 9 to ask when we want to have breakfast and he forced out to check out at 10 although check out time is only at 12 o'clock. It is difficult to order something to drink. Basic service is missing. a bit too far away from city. bed not comfortable and could provide more varied breakfast. Location. i will not recmend even for my worst enimies to stay this hotel poor cold brekfast srouded with fly an bee no internet.tv was notworking i plan to stay for 3 days and left 2nd day due to poor quality of break fast and internet,tv and room. if any.
