I was travelling as a backpacker and booked the hotel to have a couple of nights with some luxury. The swimming pool was a big attraction, as was the good price I was able to get. It is next to a shopping mall, it is very clean and luxurious. Fairly close to the railstation. Very friendly staff. Good housekeeping, excellent service and best location. Value for money. letsbookhotel.com as well as hotel staff were very cooperative as I had to reschedule my visit twice but didn't faced any problem.
all reviews » I paid Rs. 2800/night. It was fabulous at this price. I could pay upto Rs.5000 for such a hotel. Its typically a business hotel. Doesn't have a huge or a fancy lobby but room are quite spacious. Nice and clean. The rooms were amazing. They were large and well equipped. The furnishings were fantastic. We were also provided with a roll away bed for no extra charge. The hotel staff were very friendly. Great rooms and facilities. Attached to a Mall so good for shopping. Near to Jaipur City Centre for tourist attractions. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. They upgraded me to SUIT and this was a wonderful gesture. Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Zubair at the reception are most courteous people. Very helpful staff. Wonderful stay at the hotel. Fantastic experience at this hotel! Location excellent, and staff very helpful and professional! I would highly recommend this hotel!. Room was excellent & buffet breakfast had something for all tastes. It's not in the centre, but there is a autorikshaw stand right outdoors which can take you anywhere for 100 inr. The standard taxi fare they charge you in the hotel is a bit expensive. During our this solo visit we found everything to our satisfaction. Would like to stay again during our next visit. Pool area is quite dull. No life guards. Also the changing room was stinking. The rooms were not ready when we arrived. We were provided a temporary room for the time being. An hour or so later, the rooms were ready. In their defence, we got there earlier than anticipated. Free wifi only applied for 2 hours. The Beds are too soft. Ac was switched off in Floor lobby area & near-lift area. The moment you are 1 step out of your room, there is striking different in temperature which is not good for health. Not in the center but very short distance by rickshaw or taxi. Hot weather in public areas inside the hotel. Breakfast menu. Internet as an extra cost. Quality of accomodation is good but more of a 4* hotel than a 5*. Value for money wise, a bit pricey for what you get. Not particularly central. Limited dining options. Very busy location. your reception service is very very poor. - The initial suite 611 was not very clean,so, they moved me to another suite (421) in few hours. - Furniture and decor looks a little dated but ok for 4 Star hotel. nothing. In-Room Dining. Breakfast. Hotel was not able to serve a proper espresso, after asking several times. Once we made a complaint, the manager did not even reacted. At check out, we were not able to pay by credit card, when we asked something we ignored and after 45min I threw all my cadh I had on the front office and keft, than security was called and I became really angry. Very bad maintenance and poor attention or willingness of the staff towards in house guests. Shower in rooms and drainage system in toilets needs attention. House keeping numbers not mentioned in the rooms and also they donot respond after repeated request. Please I have been travelling past ten years for business and personal trips but first time I was not at all satisfied with the staff courtesy. Sorry to say that. Itc is one of my favourite brand I like to stay across India. The pool was dirty when I was there. The bed was uncomfortable.. the pillows too.. the floor of the room was not clean... General status and maintenance of room furniture and complements. Most of those stained or scratched. F&b area in general. no free wifi, horrible packed breakfast, real wastage of money.never ask them to give your breakfast as packed, if you catch an early day flight. it is really an embarrassment. The Hotel was very noisy. The had a Pool party on the roof and our room was direktly under the roof. So it was very noisy and the staff diden´t say anything to us. So we coulden´t sleep the first night. And the second day they make some renovation on the roof, so it was again noisy. It is a 3 1/2 star hotel at iots best, but never 5 star. A 5 star hotel who charges for internet should even not be advertised - NO FREE WIRELESS ! While in every cheap and simple Indian hotel there is a lot of staff, there is a lack of staff in this hotel, we had to wait for ages for coffe at breakfast in a packed breakfast room. Never 5 stars, avoid this hotel !.
