The vicinity to the airport. Great location: situated just off MG Road with easy access to all shops, businesses & other establishments. Nice friendly & helpful staff. It was a good location and not bad value for money compared to other similar places in town. The building has a musty smell throughout, with some rooms being worse than others. I wasn't happy that there is no complimentary breakfast. The A/C (centralised) wasn't in the least bit effective despite getting someone to 'fix' it: we had to use the ceiling fan on full blast throughout the night. I didn't bother complaining again. The room is too small: I'd consider this to be a single room as opposed to a double / twin room. There's hardly any space to move around.
