The staff are TERRIFIC. So very helpful in every way. A very important feature for me is the travel desk. They took my list of business contacts and arranged them such that I would spend the maximum time with customers and the minimum time in the car driving around town. This also saved money, I was able to see 7 clients in the 8 hour time frame of the daily car/driver rental rate. The staff who were responsible for supporting the business center were friendly and helpful and I was able to prin.

The room given was fumigated and had strong smell of Pesticides. The cost of food is exorbitant. Has to be toned down. SLIGHTLY OVERPRICED IN TERMS OF THE SIZE OF THE ROOM. The bathroom floor did not have a drain and thus water was flooded through the floor and the room service had to clean it up. The prices of the food and beverages that were available for the in-room dining were expensive. Its not cost effective. I paid 5000 INR for a day . I had to change the room because of bad odour from the carpet. The second room was reasonable. Very poor service. Looks like the staff right from bell boys to waiters to front desk need a lot more professional training. Service is rather poor, attention to details missing so even after you complain a issue, you need to remind a few times before someone reacts. the rooms are too cold. To change temperature you have to be a technician. It takes hours to come up over 21degrees C. Threre is always a disturbing noise of the generators. The food quality was bad. I tool Tandoori chiccken with mixed fried rice but have to go to hospita and it was confirmed that I got food poison - which put me down for three days. Room ambience, Bed linen not very clean, Room had a muggy smell and cause allergy to both my daughters. Many things. The drainage system was bad and as such had water in the room after one takes bath. The shower-square overfilled and the slope was towards room. No newspaper on 2nd day. No attention to any details. the room was not great. It was not clean as expected. Some parts in room were broken/not functional. No sockets for charging. water leakage in room. very old equipment like tubs, taps and room furniture. TV remote will not work properly. some times, TV itself will not work. They can put little more effort in cleaning.
