The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet. Breakfast was good. The people, the environment, the homeliness and the list is endless, this is one place that we miss every time we have to depart, the buffet breakfast and lunch is simply scrumptious, the staff's are attentive and efficient and the ambience is extremly cosy.
all reviews » A beautiful property very near the International Airport. Very clean, good staff, good food and nice atmosphere. I was welcome at airport and check in was in no time. I would suggest all my friends to try this one whenever in Chennai. Very friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast. Airport pick up and drop off was great. Already checked out and still the money has been blocked.Urgently waiting for releasing money to my credit account. Nothing. Dinner Price was too much. No hot water, rang for assistance, they confirmed someone would come , waited 45mins, no one came, and as we had an early flight I gave up, had to have a cold shower. Radison Blu have policy thT is advertised everywhere that if one is not completely satisfied then one will not pay for stay, however no such agreement from staff when it came to check out . Cost versus hotel freshness. Old Radisson ! Nothing like on the pictures ! Smaller and old fashioned rooms. location is not good for shopping. Bit Expensive. - No hot water for 1 hour (brown and dirty water instead) due to some work - Very expensive food and not tasty, late with serving it - Business room = Expected better for this cost (visited already all hotels 5 stars in chennai. delhi pune).
