I had the opportunity to stay twice at this hotel. Simply excellent staff. Made me & my family at home. Great with kids. Hotel pickup prompt. Decent food available at the hotel. Overall smashing experience. Excellent friendly staff, close to my place of work,clean rooms,quet comfortable residency,good n delicious breakfast , i recommend this hotel to anybody who has a work in that area.
all reviews » I received an upgraded room which was very large with every possible facility. The front desk and waiters staff were first class. Only a fairly short ride to/from City Station. gold club room are quite big , breakfast is good, front desk are quite good. House Keeping, Design of Room which Room I stayed, Food. Food is good, bur rest was very poor in terms of the cost I paid, which I think overcharged relative to other hotels. The welcome drink, the doorman was friendly and helpful. Eating venue was good. Room spaces food ok. Nothing. Only some rooms had international power outlets. Rooms were great but not at all safe for families with young children as beds were too high. Lots of sharp corners. 1 room even had the kettle so low a child might get scalded if u tried boiling water. Still if u can keep ure child under strict monitoring it's not excellent hotel. superor room are very much small, when ypu give order for tea, they ask how much cookie you want, end of the day when you received the invoice its for 2 tea woth biscute over 500 rs. I feel it is slight in side. Service in the Restaurant. Ordered for a cake which never came. Was told that it got spoiled. That is a big turn-off for someone wanting to celebrate his/ her birthday. Breakfast needs improvement with varieties of authentic south indian snacks. dont have free air port piuck up for single person room rent is too high as compare to double room. Lunch and Dinner Buffet at Kebab Restaurant. They served exactly the same menu in Lunch and Dinner. clean room. 1. Very expensive with regards to the facility and service. 2. very poor maintenance and unsafe for amenities 3. free internet service was down most of the time 4. brown unsafe tap water for use 5. telephone service was not available from the room 6. unsafe in terms of maintenance service - shower curtain rod fell down during shower 7. Rating should be down to 2 star**. The room bathroom tile feel off the wall, the aircon door inside the room opened when we were out of the hotel and on entering we found it hanging when entering the room. There was a sound at night of something in the ceiling of our room which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition we waiting almost 1 and a half days to get internet access as no internet access was available in the whole hotel and we had important business matters to attend to back in our home country. Room services very bad No car parking no drivers bath toilete room any request super staffs front office are very bad aproch to customer. The most horrible experiance in Bangalore we ever had. I was at Goldfinch hotel lately, first the room they gave us was filthy , it smelled like a storage area , the bedsheets were filthy, the bathroom was filthy . Then after complaing and LONG 2 hours of negotiations they finally gave me a room . The new room was somewhat tolerable , but finally we realized the AC had no regulation , the TV wasnt working most of the time and the mini bar was empty. It is not a four star hotel at all. The pictures on the website is totally different from what it is in reality. The hotel lights went off 4 times in one hr after we checked in. There was a typical smell of odour in the hotel which was really strong and not at all pleasing, the same was in the rooms as well which caused a lot of discomfort. The air condition switch was broken due to which the temperature of the air condition remained high all the time. Not worth the stay and the price.
