  We both liked the comfort of the room; it wasn't too pokey and had aircon and a fan, so we slept very well in the 38 c heat we encountered while in Amritsar! The breakfast was small but tasty; the lassi was particularly good. We got fresh towels and complimentary soft drinks and snacks delivered to our room daily by the ever friendly staff. (The area seemed quite safe too.) - firstly when i book online letsbookhotel.com, i just want to confirm about booking when i called them not good respond, really very disappointed what of they answer over phone. but when i arrived really very impressed by they well coming us, room service really very good, very friendly staff really very nice, very clean, i feel i stay in like 5star hotel, over all all we are happy to go if we travel again to Amritsar.

  The staff at Golden Tulip were outstanding and made the entire trip memorable. Always smiling, helpfull, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any requests, and provided the best information on what to do, where to go in Amritsar etc. Special vote of thanks goes to Sahil Arora, Taljinder, Navdeep of the staff who made the stay superb.   The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager. They run a reliable tour to see the Pakistan-India border crossing and the Golden Temple at night. We were upgraded upon arrival, free of charge and the room was well equipped with a tv and aircon. - It was my fourth Stay at Hotel Grand and i loved it every time i go and stay... what people say » s there.
