It´s a really nice house with a spacious room and comfortable beds and nice garden. We felt like at home. Well equipped kitchen and free coffee and tea was quite a detail! Everything was clean. Wifi did work very well. Enough space to park the car near the houose and a good supermarket next door. Liked the neighbourhood as it was not touristy at all. A short walk to the center. We arrived a bit later and gave them a call. No problem for them.
all reviews » The natural geothermal hot tub was cool. We got a room with a private bathroom- that was nice so we didn't have to share with other guests. There is a little grocery store across the street so you can buy food and put it in the shared fridge in the shared kitchen. Facilities were clean, great budget friendly location. Fairly close to downtown. The guest house was less than 10 minute walk from city center, very accessible to restaurants, shops, etc. It has a hot tub that guests are free to use that is open in the afternoon/evening. It has full kitchen available to guests and a small market across the street if you choose to make meals at the guesthouse. the guesthouse is an a very nice building with a garden, grill and even an hot water pool! Inside has a well furnished kitchen, a large living room and a comfortable toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff Great location, short way to the town centre and airport, but also nice and quiet Jacuzzi and barbecue available for everyone. No problem for us but rather impersonal. One day the towels were not changed. It was very humid some nights in the room (in July). The place does need a face lift, but it fit all our needs. The check in process is a bit confusing, the owner is not on site and needs to be contacted from the guesthouse in order for guests to get keys and instructions. the 4 beds room size wasn't much, together with our luggages we were kind of tight.... Absence of residential staff; location a fair and steep walk from the town centre (not really conveniently located, as it is described). Soulless and cold. Not as well heated as it should have been given the temperatures at the time. Shower stall in the room was a little dirty. There was a shared bathroom which is ok but the shower leaked and there was usually water on the floor that people than walked in so it was a bit messy. There would not be much privacy when the place is full and I suspect it could get noisy. 'Suburban' location means driving to the city centre. The guesthouse is located up on a very high hill. Bathroom very cramped for space. It was just a toilet for three bedrooms. Noisey neighbours downstairs,no functional pool, quite anonymus.
