Food , large rooms , air conditioned, friendly staff, parking lot in front of the building..., fridge in the room. Very friendly stuff. Quite guests and neighborhood. Good food in the restaurant. breakfast. Food was good. Enough space on our room. The stairs. Rooms are on 2-d and 3-d floors and the staircase is spiral (not very narrow, but you need to consider this if you have problems with legs or heavy suitcases).
