it was quiet, clean, the employees discreet. Good service with free use of internet. Good knowledge of English and German.The rooms are large. Location and Staff. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. friendly staff; possibility to pay in euros (but no exchange); parking site. The problem was with the heating, it was very cold during our stay at the hotel. all reviews »
the room photo placed on the booking site must be from a different hotel, as the rooms we have seen were completely different and not so nice unfortunatelly (very old)...!!!; there is a train line just next to the hotel and the trains can be disturbing...; although the hotel is close to the beach, because of the train line you have to go around approx. 20min. to get to the lake side...I had to wait 1 hr before to get my room...as I have booked via letsbookhotel.com they didn't have my booking. I was lucky that they still had a free room...
