Great value for the money. Everything was great. The location is just perfect, ie the first line from the lake. A spacious room with a large balcony. We had a room with a lake view. Safe and spacious parking. The price includes accommodation, parking, use of the wellness area and breakfast. All at a good level; not surprisingly, the hotel is fully booked. all reviews » The spa was perfect. You had a lot of choises on the menu. It was more Italian food but delicous. Personel was good, if you asked something they tried to get you what every you wanted. Everything in the neighbourghood lot of restaurants private parking. Nice lake vieuw if you have a room with balconny. Everything was great, fantastic and free Spa,nice, confort and clean room, good restaurant in the Hotel where you have 10% discount, access to the beach, seure parking, good management - they allow us to enter the room in the morning, although the entrance time was at 14,00 P.m. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was excellent with kids, near the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Even during weekends it was silent enough tough there was people having a good time in restaurants. The breakfast is very good. Also the SPA (included in fee) and massage (extra 18€ for 50 minutes) were great. The staff speaks German and English. A good restaurant is in the hotel. Free access to the beach. Excellent location; comfortable room; lots of channels on TV. The "obligation" of using an armband is not a problem, because it gives you free access to the Beach Club and discount at the restaurant. The position of the hotel in the center of the town and very near to the lake. Wifi connection not so good. If you want to have traditional food you will have to get it some were else. Really nothing, exellent value for money. Some staff members don't speak English, but it wasn't a problem. Room walls little bit thin and can get a bit noisy. Doors slam shut easy. There were lots of bars closed, very quiet. But they said it gets very busy between June-August so be careful as you are amongst all the bars. There was a huge bicycle tour group, which blockaded the front desk for 10 minutes and the wellness area (It's small). They had impressive power left and a lot of fun until late night. Drunk fun with noise. Rooms are quite noisy, you can hear people who are in other rooms or in the corridor. Room facing main street is very noisy and not good for the stay with children. Room 224 smelled with the cigarettes what was very unpleasent. lack of gulash in hotel's restaurant (as it is an Italian one :)). breakfast could have been a bit better, but nothing to complain about really. early check-out time. No shower gel & shampoo, hair dryer. Windows of our room faced main street and lounge. Were some nosy tourists, and noone could couple with them. Even our windows. So, it was a bit nosy staying there. nothing, everything was OK. Breakfast was very poor. The sound insulation of the room was very bad.
