  What was there not to like ? We were greeted, cared and catered for in a first class manner, by the professional and friendly staff at the Hotel. The food, which we had read so much about was superb - I have never eaten such delicious duck, ever. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered cooked eggs and bacon, as well as a buffet.   The Villa Plattensee is a amazing hotel. The owner and his team are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are great and well laid out. It is a place to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was good and I enjoyed reading a book on the pool afterwards. The hotel is close to the lake and with a rented bike I had great excursions. We will be back - Loved this hotel, we stayed the night after our wedding, we chose this hotel as it is the finest in the area, the rooms were very comfortable and extremely large, we had breakfast in a beautiful elevated conservatory which overlooked the clean blue swimming pool, a lovely golden retriever resident was very friendly!

  Good value for money. Breakfast buffet, parking in front of hotel, clean and nice rooms. Multi language (english, german, french). They earn a 4-star rating ! - Everything was perfect. Especially, correspondence of Staff to accident was great . Thank you very much. I hope to come again to private next time.
