  This pension was fabulous! The facility is beautiful, impeccably clean, in a wonderful setting and with a friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was wonderful. Oh - The size of our 2 person suite was great and we were pleased that there was a small kitchenette in the room, this was half separated from the bedroom which is handy with little ones. We had a decent sized private outside area off our room that would have been lovely if the weather was warm enough! The hotel is situated right next to the valley which is perfect for wine tasting.

Breakfast (typical buffet for Hungarian hotels) was in the Panorama Hotel run by the owners, just down the street. (Not a problem on the sunny day we were t... what people say » here but could be in rainy weather.) - The location was surprisingly close to the city centre despite being on the hill above the castle; even walking up the hill at night was fine. The view was good - though only from the upper floors; the garden was lovely. NIce breakfasts.

  Located on the hilltop in a nice quiet residential area just behind the town centre. Our room was right at the top and had a lovely view of the nearby mountains. The host/owner of the hotel was extremely friendly, helpful and one of the most pleasant we've met in a Hungarian hotel. Panorama Hotel is home -like, very friendly and comfortable pensione type accomodation. My room was huge, with a balcony.
