  It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return.   We were greeted on arrival, given an induction and left to it. If we needed any help we were provided with telephone numbers if we needed to contact anyone. Plus the cleaning lady lives next door so if we needed any clean towels she was there.The room we had, Raphaello, was a very big room and it was lovely with big high ceilings and big windows. ... what people say » It was constantly warm which was perfect for the cold temperatures we had outside. The bed was comfortable and it was helpful having a kitchen area wi - The apartment is spacious with high celling which makes the apartment cooler. The windows are double glazed and block the traffic noise completely. It is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great. It is just some second walk from the Chain Bridge and the Castel's funicular. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment but if one likes to use public transport, then the bus stop is just round the corner! Kate, the girl who welcomed us, is a very nice and helpful girl.

  Excellent staff. Very helpful. Always at the desk and willing to go above and beyond to help. Staff called the airport shuttle to make sure they were coming to pick me up. Then I overslept when the airport shuttle came to pick me up. The staff asked the shuttle service what to do and called my room to tell me that the shuttle could return in 15 mi... what people say » nutes. Very helpful staff. Good location on the Buda side. I'd rather stay on the Buda side since it is closer to Gellert Hill and Castle Hill, which - Public parking available outside (free on weekends). Good location if by car or do not mind to walk or change public transportation. Not expensive restaurants in the vicinity. Very friendly English-speaking staff. Rooms facing yard are very quiet. Water heater with tea bags and instant coffee (inc. caffeine-free) in the room. Air conditioner on at the time of arrival.
