Loved the comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and amazing restaurant--tried a lunch and a dinner there and it was great. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to old town (10 minutes) and the beautiful porcelain factory (10-15 minutes the opposite way). Near a city bus stop if you can navigate it from the train station. Very good place, mainly for business travellers. It is in a very calm neighbourhood, easy to acces. It is a pity that not too many people know it, at least there were not too many guests when I was there.

Nicely sized room. rooms are new and clean. Good breakfast. A new building, with spacious rooms. A bit far from anything in the old town, maybe a 10-minute walk to the more lively part of old town. But also very quiet (I had an inside room) so that was great. The retaurant menu could be wider. I think only 5 main course. It was all okay, I will come back. Some of the staff at the museums were less than helpful. Public underground parking a little expensive (160 forint per hour). No parking garage. Upon numerous request only housekeeping is done daily, poor follow through or feedback on guest queries. No guests parking, tv channels. No swimming pool and gym. The hotel has the worse cleaning services I have ever seen. I stayed for four days, the room was not cleaned during the first three days; they only changed the towels, sometimes after 7.00 PM. The hotel has clearly problems with the staff of the restaurant - the tables during breakfast is really dirty, the service is also an issue of customer service refused for half an hour before closing.
