Location of hotel is very nice, close to termal cave bath. It is quite clean. There is free parking behind the hotel. ATM is in front of the hotel. Breakfast is ok. We've stayed in the new 4-star part of the hotel. Nice design, clean and comfortable room. Personnel is very helpful. Nice area and enjoyable wellness part. Pools are very nice; our children and the family enjoyed them.
all reviews » New 4* rooms are great. V close to cave baths and good wellness centre. Reasonable price and nice setting. Good breakfast and bus into city runs late on weekends. The place was really clean and quiet. The breakfast was decent. Near to the Cave Bath. Staff do not speaks english very well. Hotel is lika a maze (labyrinth), very hard to find what you are looking for, and if you ask at the front desk, considering they don't speak english well, you'll have to search yourself. In order to reach wellness, you have to go up and down, at the end you'll get tired :). Pools are quite small. No free internet in rooms. They were changing breakfast place almost each day. Hotel is not designed for people with special needs. Unorganized corridors, hard to find your rooms even if personnel shows you at arrival. They tried to charge us for 2 nights instead of one. Different price than booked on website. Hotels restaurant is a joke, it's more than overpriced. Warnings in the room about fees for stealing or using the minibar for personal items are not fitting with a 4-star hotel :(. No free WiFi in rooms. Breakfast didn't contain any cold cuts of non-pork meat. Sewage smell around one of the pools. In Sep 12 they had excellent food and fantastic waiter. This time the waiter spoke only Hungarian and the food was far from good. Staff a little lazy had to be badgered to turn on wellness centre. Hotel being renovated it seems but not told this. Some rather silly rules which cannot reasonably be enforced. 1. They asked for money for Internet in the room and for ac. 2. The free wi-fi in the restaurant was ....slow. 3. Too many rules and as described on letsbookhotel.com this hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. 4. If you want to park you car in front of the hotel you have to pay but they have free parking in the back of the hotel (if you can find a spot). Had to pay for the bathrobe (in a wellness hotel...), cold water in the pools, jacuzzi was not clean, saunas were not working, incredible lot of steps in the whole building, extremely hot weather in the room - could not set the air conditioning, expensive food and drink - not the best quality. The hotel charged my credit card 3 days before my arrival, unnaceptable and never seen before! Very poor english knowledge of the entire hotel staff and absolutely no welcoming service of the reception staff. The room was ok, but wat too many stairs and hallways until you get to it. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
