I liked location a lot: in very center, just 200 m from the thermal lake so I was walking there in bathrobe through the park alley. Rooms are spacy. - location - Design - new building - good brakfast. The location, the staff. Good comfort. New hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Personnel doesn't speak English (or speaks poor English). No early check-in (they could make up a room just one hour befor the official check-in time but charged for this). Additional food in the restaurant (drinks) should be paid only in the restaurant and cannot be paid at the reception desk. No slippers in the room (but this is spa hotel).
