The restaurant was very good and there was a variety of breakfast food. The walk to "The Valley of Beautiful Women" is short and the walk into the centre is a pleasant 20 minutes. The staff was also very friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful and allowed us to change from a downstairs room without balcony to one upstairs with a nice view. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Hungarian cuisine and wines. the restaurant was excellent, and so was the breakfast. the bar area in reception , very Nice. A short walk ,for a Norwegian, to Eger City centre. Great service very friendly staff, we even got upgraded to the four star suite as there were renovations going on in the room we booked. Great location for visiting the nearby wine valley (5 min walk), great price, nice pool, adequate room, great deals at the spa. Localisation is very good, mainly for wine lovers! :). The architecture and the park is really nice. Rooms nice size and clean. Staff Room size. There is no WiFi in the rooms and the breakfast buffet ran out of options regularly; it seems the kitchen could not keep up. Our room was humid and had mold mildew in the closet. The quality of the breakfast was at a medium level. The selection was wide, but the quality was rather low. I would prefer a smaller selection and better quality. Bath room belong to my room at 3 stars part need to be renovated. Breakfast was fine but not quite up to the standard of the rest of the place. Breakfast just wasn't that great. Wifi only in the lobby. No hairdryer in rooms (three-star section) no wifi in rooms (three-star section) checkout time too early (10.30 am). Rooms could do with modernisation. It is all very clean, but they could turn it from a very good 4 star to a really great 5 star by doing up the rooms. Season hadn't started and therefore breakfast was a little spartan but for the money there were no complaints. air-condition dosn`t work. Not very comfortable beds. Breakfast, coffee. Nothing. Breakfast was reasonable, but not quite up to the standard of the rest of the place (no fresh juice, bread was a bit dry). No elevator, which might be inconvenient, when carrying heavy suitcases. Unclear why we needed to pay for the parking place. There was not communicated, the hotel is divided for two parts, for 3 and 4 stars. For lower price has to be highlighted!!. Dirt on the walls of the swimming pool. Staff were not very helpful apart form young lad on reception one night. Strange set us as both a 4 star and a 3 star hotel. letsbookhotel.com says 4 star but you get put in the 3 star hotel. For some reason you cannot use the spa after you check out at 10.30am unless you pay, so if only staying one night and you arrive late you cannot use the spa unless you are up early.. No food served after 2100, no shop to buy water and other essentials for room. We are a small family with a baby. We didnt like the small room, it was nothing like deluxr room as we havevordered and payed. Breakfast was very poor and all the time already eaten; stuff didnt cover the food on time. Wellness was very poor, swimingpool kinf of old. Good luck I had good massage.
