The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). Add more English channels also would be better. Supermarket in the same building is an asset...a bus stop in front of the building, but metro station is about 10 walking distance.
all reviews » This is really fantastic apartment. Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment. A little cozy apartment fully equipped with everything you need, clean and design-styled, good location where to start sightseeing (metro station and tour buses stop are few hundreds meters away). We were three adults and had plenty of room for a budget price. There is always people around and shops open till late in the area. Francesco the owner was kind and helpful, but we had everything we needed so we met him only the very first day. Recommended. One of the best place I have ever stayed. Quite modern and comfortable room and the location is just perfect. It is not a hotel, so you will not get any typical hotel services such as room service, spa, etc, but this apartment style just gives you much personal space and private time. I will definitely pick this place to stay for next time visiting BP. We spent 4 nights in this apartment. It is really wonderful, spacious quiet, clean, well equipped and easily located. The location is good to look around all the sightseeings. A bus stop is right in front of home and metro is near home within 10 minutes. The building looks so old, but the room is really fantastic. The flat itself was good. And the staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was facing the street where there were traffic and roadworks even at night so we had to turn on the a/c (which was given us for free!) and close the window. I guess it was just a matter of bad luck. Nothing at all. Nothing everything is perfect. The toaster broke, but Francesco made up for it by being a great host and allowing us to check out later. nothing!!!. That A/C is an "add-on". Should just throw it in and charge for it. Shower pressure could be better. Nothing :). -- Loft bedroom has low ceiling so quite awkward for tall person to get to the closet. The apartment is a bit expensive for Budapest and the AC is not included in the price. Second floor is uncomfortable, very low (only 1,75 m of height). Not one negative comment to make. Everything was perfect!. Not applicable. I stay there with my mum and sister, and we felt a bit unsafe there. Although the flat is well located, in the sense it was near everything, it is located in an ugly, decadent avenue... not a nice part of Budapest. The flat is also in a very old and quite scary building.
