The apartment was perfect for our stay. The air-conditioning was really welcome after a hot day's sight-seeing and we had everything we needed. The apartment was an easy walk to many main attractions and for a family of four was a really cost-effective way to enjoy Budapest. The lady who met us arrived promptly and showed us around. The kitchen facilities were good, although we ate out mostly.
all reviews » Great apartment, great location. Rooms incl. kitchen and bathroom were new, modern and clean. We felt like at home. The lady responsible for the apartment was very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking was available at a good price. Location was awesome- everything was really close- city center 5 min walk, supermarkets, restaurants within 5-10 min, possible to walk to all the famous city sights.The hotel apartment is very spacious and we feel right at home. The lady that attended to us is professional, very helpful and efficient. Central location and good prise. location is just perfect. every thing you could possabily need was provided in the apartments, except for some balcony furnature, peacefull, clean, very very central our young contact sorry cant remember her name was excellent, hotel taxi very reliable, security guard on apartments very polite. cant prase these apartments high enough.comfty rooms, very helpfull staff, hotel position. The pillows and beddings could improve to better quality and comfort.It would help if the security guard could speak a bit English.This appartament is suitable to family-4 persons and not for two couples. the check in process was a little bad (sitting out on the street for 30 minutes). air conditon did not work properly, you would need to repair before heat of summer comes in or you will get complaints, sofa bed small for 2 if not a couple, we did get a camp bed but it needs new matress. parking place was full. Too small bedrooms and too big wardrobe!. the night was a bit cold and there were only summer blankets and no heating. bedroom maybe a little small - was expecting 2 bedrooms with seperate living area but 2nd bed was in living room. A bit noisy sometimes.Improve the linen cleaning (some pieces has bad smell). Improve the explanation about how to do when arrive at the apartment (contact who?, where?). because there is no reception it is very very difficult getting information even paying, the security guards dont speak English and we wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to come and see us so we could pay or get information.the price in your site was announced 48 euro, and when we arrived at tne hotel we were charged with 55 euro!!!!!!!!! ???????. It's not really a hotel. It's just an apartment that you'll probably share with other people. That includes the bathroom.Our room did not have enough chairs for more than 2 people. We were told that we should be contacted by the management about this matter, but nobody ever contacted us. The staff were very helpful apart from our departure when we ordered ataxi for 4.30. Apparently it arrived at 4pm and charged us for waitinghalf an hour which was a little annoying.Some difficulty checking in. We had to rely on our taxi driver to get us access. Half of our party were originally put in a different building which was not what we requested. A kettle was promised but never arrived. All minor problens really. Our booking wasnt recieved which caused a delay in checking in and was inappropriate. Staff member katie was very accomendating and managed to sort extra rooms - but this could have been helped if letsbookhotel.com had told them about the booking. They reallocated us to a different room cost was very high for this newroom. Check out time confusing on here 10-12 but actually 11am. Nowhereto leave bags for later collection. Booked a car to collect us fromairport but they did not deliver!!! Do not trust these people.......amvery very unhappy would not book with them again. The receptionist informed us (4 pers) that we will stay in 2 rooms, 2 bath and a living apartment. After few minutes, she offered us an apartment with 1 room, 1 living and 1 bath, which wasn't clean (the roaster was sticky). we stayed 2 nights here and then she moved us at 11 AM for 1 night in another apartment like first one, which wasn't comfortable for us. We lost time with this moving...
