The staff and in particular Tamás were very helpful. They were able to answer every question we asked. Also the massage offered was top of the range and brilliant value for money. Strolling down budapest. This was a great place for us to stay. We had a one-bedroom apartment/suite, which was nicely stocked and comfortable, kitchen with everything, dining table, sitting area, etc... Even free washer and dryer/ We weren't aware that there is no daily maid service as in a normal "hotel", but that wasn't a problem for us, in fact, we liked sleeping in. They still emptied trash and checked in. all reviews »
Very nice, spacious apartments, fully equiped kitchen. Excellent location, metro station just 100 meters from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.conveniance, friendly staff who where knowledgable of the city and entertainmet options. The rooms where clean and comfortable. Very nice stuff, clean, green and very well maintained patio, and many others. The staff, were always there for us, very friendly and helping. Great location (2 min. from metro) and the hotel itself. Our one bed-room apartment was stylish and comfortable, with a balcony on which we had breakfast. We had everything we needed (kitchen with all ementities, fridge, etc). The stuff of the hotel was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.Excelent location, friendly stuff, rooms are spacious enough and with nice interier. Location, service. Also the hotel is very central located, very close to nightlife than to the Danube sightseeing, which I find more important (closeness during the night than during the day). The information on the web site was somewhat misleading, I booked apartments for 4 people, it turned out that these were one-bedrooms flats with two extra beds - quite inconvenient for adults. However, the staff was extremely helpful and managed to change the flats with certain rotations. Thank you!. poor explination about room type/ suite- it not being clear that 1 suite meant one room- even thought there are 3 rooms the booking only INCL. 1 room 1 bathroom thus charge for 1 room in the suite while the other 2 remained locked.Did not change the towels during 3 days. practically nothing, . everything was great.Should be nice if do the rooms everyday and change the towels without asking and additional charge. The "Classic Suite for 3 People" means one Double room (not even Twin) + camp bed wich was not excelent for 3 friends. Poor breakfast. They should clean and change the towels - once a week is too little. breakfast didn't look to good for the money it cost (10 euro) so we didnt try it. They charge 20 eur for parking car without any notice in advance. The hot water system could not cope so we ended up with cold showers. However when this was pointed out to the staff they upgraded us to a sister 5 star hotel in the city for no extra charge.
