We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe. The hotel is absolutely impecable, clean comfortable, luxurious. 5 star in my opinion and they could charge a lot more for the service they give.
all reviews » I liked everything ... from the staff to the room to the food.. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom supplied with everything you need (1 minor problem). The location was perfect for exploring the city..very central. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was varied and excellent.. Highly recommend this hotel. I have been twice so far and for sure I will come again. Location near Basilica, but smartly hidden far from traffic, very clean, with exceptional stuff who are more than helpful. Salmon for breakfast, caffe macchiatto... and everything for small amount of money. Well done indeed. I travelled really a lot and I am quite problematic if we speak about hotel. But this time, even if I search to find the smallest mistake or disadvantage - I can't find it. It was excellent: the team, the price, location, everything. Would definitely come back next time. There is a young man, tall with dark hair, who is the bell hop and he is really extraordinary. The woman manager is not impressive. I would like to send this young man a tip - I ran out of cash. Is there any way to do that?. Decent and nice hotel. Location is perfect. It makes you feel like you are VIP especially when you see the Panorama Restaurant and the Helipad. But it was a huge bathtub and a welcome and uncommon sight in Europe. The only negative thing was the size of the rooms. It is ok may be for 2-3 days but if you will stay longer, you might think that the room is too narrow. Room was smaller than expected and the beds were not too comfortable,small pillows and rather average quality for a 4 stars rated hotel. Little touches lacked; tea and coffe making facilities were below par, limited toiletries provided and the breakfast had a limited choice (if you can't eat dairy products at least!). the gym and spa has to be paid for (only 11 Euro/Day but not expected). Not the hotels fault but the roof terace was only open on our last day due to the high winds. Not so much disliked but used the fitness room and would have preferred an upright Exercycle rather than the recumbent bike if possible. Not very good wifi internet. Nothing!. They could provide better cups in the room as well as a selection of teas. Plastic cups in the bedroom was a shame when everything else was of a high standard. Perfect to me. Usually even if hotel having payed spa and pool facilities, access to gym is always free. Bed blankets was very short, I am 1.78 cm tall and it didn't cover half of my legs... Nothing... only the cleaning staff who knocks at the door early (10 am sometimes). Hotel parking is bit pricey in comparison to other parkings nearby. room was little cold in the winter. bathroom is bad, it has a slippery tub and the you need to hold the shower in your hand, and there is no curtain, and you end up making a pool on the ground after a short shower. Being handed a paper telling me I would be charged 10 Euro for each towel missing! I have never been told in a hotel not to steal the towels! The towels were not that great anyway!. Carpet in the room. Small gym, not enough training machines, food in restaurant is not so good, notwithstanding restaurant is from michelins guide. The roof terrace was closed, even for a short photo visit - dissapointing as it is used as their eyecatcher. The double bedroom was gery small with the double bed against a wall - not good for anyone who is not agile. Their ad shown on Tv screens was in very poor taste. Gave the sense of it being a bordello. Buffet breakfast served could do better!. No complaints. I have stayed at this hotel several times before. Single room and bed were a bit small. Over priced and not great quality food. Had to pay to use the gym which had very limited equipment and a running machine that kept breaking down. Ihave read online there is a hotel-airport shuttle....i called in time to which flight I need a shuttle...a guy was waiting on me with a cab....finally I paid more then for a regular taxi....that was bad.... Unavailable parking during the weektime. You should start a Night club in the hotel itself....... The only thing I would say that could be improved would be the breakfast no gluten free and only one option of eggs and bacon. Broken shower door/flooding in bathroom. there are large amounts of homeless people in the area and drunks around.
