we had a fantastic stay, staff were extremely helpful, and when i return to Budapest i will definately stay at the Hotel Papillion, and it will be reccommended to friends and family. the staff is very nice and helpfull. th are all bi or tri lingual. the rooms are perfect, silent and confortable. a very plasant stay. the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you i would highly recommend the hotel to everone.

Breakfast was otherwise good, but it would have been nice if it would include some vegetables as well - a few slices of paprika (we are in a Hungary!) would have been a great addition. Breakfast was adequate, and curtains did not cover any of the windows so we were quite exposed!. rooms should be cleaner. I think that the breakfast can be better. breakfast was just OK. acces difficult. Too loud signal inside the elevator !!!. Teh bar/restaurant was a bit basic. The restaurant closes too early (9.00 p.m). It was cold in the room. Centralheating begin 15 okt. And it was cold outside in the night.the restaurant is to small - not enought space. Poor breakfast. No i would highly recommend the hotel. Good area of Buda, on a steep hill so anyone with walking difficulties it would not suit. We have arrived late and the apartment sought (separate bedroom was not available). In balance the room offered had air conditioning option and next day we were moved in the apartment of our choice.The room I got was in need of refurbishment. Although clean, it looked quite old. Not at all. Some noisy German tourists, but the hotel personnel is not guilty of this.No.Breakfast was terrible. No wireless internet in rooms, only in restaurant/bar. The table from the terrace.When the windows were opened to get some fresh air in the room at night time, tons of mosquitos came in; and they were biting. A screened door would have been nice.
