First good thing - parking! After that, very friendly, positively and polite staff on reception. Very good English. The rooms are very comfortable, large, clean, room fridge has a basic. For that price, of course. Staff at reception, when we were checking out, be was kind and tried to keep order, although was very crowd at this time. All recommendation! We are often in Budapest. For less of one month we will go again in Budapest. I am sure that will we choose Expo Congress Hotel again.
all reviews » Modern hotel, that offers 4-star standard rooms, that are sufficiently equipped and comfortable. Nice view from the 12th floor, where you can find a spa and fitness area and the hotel bar. Free parking and free internet access even when using the computers in the lobby. Various breakfast. Almost unbeatable price-/performance ratio for the city of Budapest. Hotel is just perfect. Amazing food even in evening in the hotel restaurant. Better and cheaper than a lot of famous restaurants in the city center. Rooms are very good and new. Just one minus is location. It's not in the center and you can't walk to all famous places. But it's not far by public transport and perfect for people with cars. Parking is free. Hotel is new - thus very nice and spacious rooms and also interior was in good shape. Rooms airconditioned with really working aircon. Good comfortable beds. Internet fast enough. Free parking available. Very good breakfast and also some specialities I did like. i would like to thank all the staff Andras levin ervin front of house ie reception and their manager Gergely for their help they are a credit to the Expo Hotel 10/10 for their help and would like to thank them also the manager from finance.Kind Regards. The next metro station, from where you can reach Pest city center, is a 15 minute walk away. Staff in the breakfast area is not as polite, attentive and helpful as the receptionists are. There was a big patch on the floor in front of my room. As you have not used the shower for a day it started to smelll badly. a little far from the metro stop. The staff wasn't particularly friendly. Also, we asked for a baby cot and got a full-size additional bed instead - a crucial difference for us, and quite hard to solve when you arrive in the middle of the night. The carpet had spots on it. We were asked 4 times to change our place before we got a glass of beer. distance from metro station. little bit crovdy, breakfast with very limited offer. be careful about mineral water - it is not free - although it is not mantioned at mini-bar list. The reception women was rude and unpolite.. They're not flexible with check-in-time. The bus runs not very often, but you can reach Pillango utca-metro station by walking in 10 minutes. I wasn't convinced about the cleanness, for example foreign hairs in the bed and bathroom. The Turkish bath was always out of service!! No music Atmosphere in restaurant and at the Sky Bar, too boring to stay and relax enjoying a cocktail after dinner..
