The room is a little beat small. It was very noisily- I headed all in the next room.The cleanliness wasnot good - it was dust on the furniture then I came to the room. Dirungmy stay (5 dayes) cleane staff didn't make vacuum cleaner.the room decor was a bit tired particularly the carpet. breakfast buffe was limmited. Noisy ,, Street traffic noise. The noise coming from the street was sometimes annoying, especially in the morning.lobby very quiet work going on, no tea,coffee in room. The person who checked me in was not friendly and he was the only person there.I think the breakfast could have been nicer, for example the the fruits (well, OK that there were any fruits at all) were a bit stale. The airconditioning is very load, bu without it there is no air in the room at summer time.The personal was sametimes not so helpful, but only som of them. carpet dirty in room, stained badly. could hear room above me when bathroom being used. could not get ice from bar staff to take to room without hassle.Too noise! The Hotel faces a very trafficated road and the double-glass windows are insufficient. During the night there are frequent noises from cars passing away that awaken you suddenly. This is why I would not recommend the hotel even if my general opinion is good. Initial room offered did not have facility (window handle) to openwindow and as room was very warm and a/c did not give cool air, I had tochase staff to try to fix, but in end they gave me alternate room, otherthan that ok. Not recommended for persons traveling by car. Very little parking space. Nearby parking is automatic and will not fit some cars - we were not allowed with a pretty small, compact car with skis on top ! Other payed parking areas far and expensive - unless you are lucky and can find a spot on the sideways. the cocktails. Breakfast (little diversity, always lacking some of the food, etc.). arrived for breakfast at 9.15 and there was no hot food when I asked for the scrambled egg ( apart from sausages was the only hot food ) I was told it was finished. no space for smokers. I had to go outside, in the rain when I wanted to smoke. Heating in Bedrooms erratic - too hot or too cold no controls to be found, also no safe in bedroom.very small rooms. The noise (due to the situation of course and also to the works in the street), the warmth in the room and the relative rudeness of the personal at the desk. traffic noise, heat in bedrooms, no air com in dining room,. hotel rooms needs renovation,dirty carpet on the flor in the room.
