Rooms very old and tired, not four star, but staff were really friendly and Brasserie very good. No firdge in room I was first allocated not good for four star, I complaned and they upgraded me. I would recommend this hotel but rooms are really not of the standard required. The friendly staff in the reception and in the eating/drinking services, The beautiful building, the bath, the location and the breakfast.

Nearly all medical services of a medical spa are also available, with rheumatology, comprehensive physiotherapy unit (day hospital), physiotherapy sub-unit and inhalatorium. Please be informed that the Gellert Spa from further on is only available for guests for a discounted price during the hotel stay, free entrance is not provided. Please note that unfortunately the hotel does not cater for disabled guests (with or without wheelchair). The rooms are not equipped with disabled bathrooms. The Panorama Restaurant is open from Tuesday till Saturday, from noon to midnight (summer season) and from 19:00 to midnight (winter season). Sunday brunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00. The restaurant is closed on Mondays. The Söröző Brasserie is open every day from 12:00 to 23:00. The café is open every day from 09:00 to 20:00. All the indicated fares include VAT, but, in compliance with the Hungarian legislation in force, catering and hospitality services shall be invoiced with a different VAT rate from 1 January 2018. If you are travelling with children, please let the hotel know of their age prior arrival.
