very good value for these money.Absolutely satisfied. Same hotel in western europe cost 2 or 3 times more.Only good memories. Spa included in price.No extra expenses. Excellent facilities. Somebody sould teach to the stuff how to smile!. Staff always looked unhappy.The staff were not very good in speaking English. Dinner, over priced for what we got, NO air con in our room for the week. It wasn´t possible to sleep during the night due to the noise from outside (frogs). The staff at the reception didn´t care at all. Poor food for vegetarians, the staff dont care. Expensive access tointernet, very expensive pay-tv .No heat at the room.Considering the amount I paid and what I got, the hotel was extremely expensive. The bed was broken, thanks to the connection door between the rooms which are inside, we kept listening to the arguing old couple until 2:00AM. And the maid almost threw the coffee mug to my head in the breakfast during her service. Not a good example of hospitality. Not recommended.

Information about the area

The natural environment makes the picturesque Margaret Island an ideal spa resort. The air is clean and 100 years-old trees protect from dust and reduce temperature extremes as well. The springs on Margaret Island are rich in minerals therefore they are widely used in medical treatments.

In July and August there are open-air theatre performances on the island.
