One amazing hotel, pay the extra and go for the executive room. Rooms are really nice, but you also get food all day till 21:00 and drink.Staff are so helpful and go out of there way to make your stay a memorable visit to Budapest. The Spa in the hotel is also the best, very clean with 2 saunas, a steam room, 2 jacuzzis and a large pool. The whole experience was excellent - the location is ideal, the staff were all friendly and helpful. and we used the well equipped spa every day. It might have helped that we were told we were "guests of the day" and upgraded to stay in a lovely suite with complimentary wine and fruit!.

Perhaps the massages in the spa are on the expensive side. because the hotel was fully booked they tried to first put me in hotel extension which I refused and then I was offered an inferior room. However, since I have asked for what I have reserved I have got it - after some trial and error. Air conditioner too noisy. The room illumination is inadequate. Minor complaint, but the piano was too loud. no. I would make sure that people receiving room service orders, can understand enough English to understand simple order, also during the daytime. The crowds down in the swimming pool, spa and saunas area. I guess been a long weekend did not help.Only that we were asked to provide a credit card when checking in and were not told that it would immediately be charged with the entire room rate for the length of stay plus 50 euros each night to cover any extras. It wasn't a problem, but we would liked to have been told beforehand. The gym is minimally-equipped and very warm - in fact that was the only minus of this wonderful hotel.
