it´s the only place we slept in budapest, so i don´t know the standard there and have no comparison. the staff is very friendly and professional, all young people ready to help you. the location is the best, close to the metro and buses, in a quarter full of life, restaurants, next door to the mammut shopping center and the thermae lukac and kiraly. the room is small and basic but warm and the beds are comfortable. you have free coffe and tea all day long. we slept very well because the place.
all reviews » Very clean and comfortable guest house, I has never used such terms to describe the hotel, but there really felt at home. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, all new and matched with the taste, excellent breakfast, tea and coffee at your disposal all day around, which is especially valuable when returning from a walk in the winter weather, location, 1 minute from the transport node - everything was great. Its very close to sights and there are such beautiful buildings around, so we pref. One of the bets places I have stayed. The staff were great and went of their way to make me feel welcome with chats, great tips and advice, and even sandwiches to take to airport as I had an extremely early flight. It is great value for money, as the rooms have all the comforts & facilities you could need, at good price and is clean and fairly new. The location is excellent with many shops and restuarants around. The Metro station and Tram & Bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk, and i. I don't write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to recommend this place without reservation. We stayed for a weekend and it was one of the best places we've stayed in any city. The staff made our stay. They were welcoming, helpful and polite. The rooms were bright and clean and the breakfast is excellent for a hotel in this price range. They even offer a cooked breakfast with choice of eggs. No rubbery ham or stale baguettes here. Overall very impressed, amazing value and ideally located. Everything about this B&B was great - the breakfast was filling including fresh omelet, and access to tea and coffee all day was nice. Good wifi and friendly, helpful staff. Location was great on the Buda side, easy to reach by Metro and a 15 minute walk to Castle Hill. We walked to all attractions in Budapest from here. Would be happy if all accommodation was as good as this!. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed regular. Try the Kiraly spa just a ten minute walk. All in all a very nice interesting country. We stayed here for 4 nights, and we are more than pleased. The rooms are cozy and well planned in an area which provides access to everything; lots of restaurants, shopping malls, and the means of reaching other areas in Budapest are very close by. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend a stay here. The place was nice and really clean and the staff was really friendly. They have a really tasty buffet breakfast and coffee and tea available for their guests all day long. The metro is available within 2 min walking and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and a mall nearby. I really recommend this place. The Staff was very very super helpful and nice. The room was nice it had everything we needed for our stay, + it had private bathroom not shared like many b&b or places in Budapest. The staff was friendly and helpful. the bathroom is really small and unfortunately without a window or a proper possibility to change the air inside, so it smells a bit. the curtains in the shower should be replaced by glass.the place is clean at first sight but we tried our usual trick to sweep the corners of the bathroom with a peace of wet paper and it came out dirty, dusty and with hairs attached to it.they could do it better because the rooms are small to clean and just a fewdon´t expect privacy or extreme quitness. Not many people speak English and this can sometimes be a real problem. The rooms are not totally sound proof so if you have loud neighbors you might need some earplugs. Weekday trip noise outside starts around 6am, so it's very noisy with windows open. ok if you had windows closed. Rooms are a little small but all we did was sleep in it so it was fine. There is nothing we didn't like. Nothing to complain. There is no tv in room. But there is tv in common hall with comfortable sofas. Nothing , I will be there soon again!. Shopping is disaster. Pooring service. Rooms kinda small Location a bit far from the center (about 40-50 minutes walk) but public transport connections are really good. Nothing. Rooms don't have good insulation, so you can get very easily big noise from the outside. WI-Fi didn't work always well . It was difficult for us to find but once we got to hotel, we realized it was close to the Metro and it was the online transit system directions that was confusing. A little bit noisy if someone is talking in the corridor or the room next to you. Traffic outside. Nothing. The neighborhod is not very nice at night, but fortunatelly there is a metro stop just crossing the street. Air conditioner smelled weird. None. parking expensive. nothing. Nothing. nothing ~. No tv. Room #1 is a bad deal. Heat was provided by an electric heater. Besides that there was no TV set, not very necessary but advertised as the room condition. The one who gets there has to keep in mind that he chose a pension not a hotel. I didn't and I was disappointed. very noisy, windows must be closed during the night the doors are thin -you can listen people outside room is small, there is no place for suitcase no minibar.
