  Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

  Great location. Energy efficient room(except I couldn't turn off certain lights unless I turn off all). The staff was excellent, very helpful. The room was clean, and the staff made sure the room was made unless I requested not to. Very helpful when I asked the directions. When I exchanged currency, pointing out that I save more if I go to the b... what people say » ank(I did it there anyways). - No doubt the location of this hotel is one of the most convient spot in Hongkong. The space including lobby and the room we have are well redecorated, fashion and bright, clean and comfortable. Staff and manager are polite and helpful. Price of the hotel probably one of the cheapist in Wanchai, at least the C/P value I figure would be the best of all hotel I been to.

  Very positive. Its was a beatiful room, clean and tidy. The staff was excellent, helpful and courteous. I loved the special touches like the little bear you left, the fresh friut and chocolates. A credit to the management for such exemplery attention to detail I will be definitely coming back - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
