Free minibar and Nespresso machine. Good breakfast included in the rate. Large room. Excellent location. Very clean. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider Ovolo to be a top choice to stay in Hong Kong. It's in the heart of the entertainment district in Central no more than about 5 minutes walk to the underground trains. I am a frequent traveller to HK and have stayed in various hotels. This boutique hotel is definitely my new favourite in Central. Whilst it may not have the grande.

They had thought about the travellers needs and went that extra mile to ensure that your stay would be like staying in the one of the best 5 star hotels in Hong Kong. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As Australia is a frequent route for us, The Ovolo will now be our hotel of choice. We can't recommend it highly enough and with a superb breakfast choice included in the price, why would you stay anywhere else. Given the average cost of a hotel on the main island I thought Ovolo 2 was good value for money. Its a small block away from the hustle and bustle so relatively quite yet walk two minutes round the back and you will be in the thick of things. Cabs are easy to find right outside the station. Service was fantastic; William and team were very helpful. Two words would sum it up for me; comfortable and convenient given our budget. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were designed to include all you needed. Free minibar, and full tableware so you could bring in snacks and actually have utensils to enjoy the food. The location is excellent. You are right at the steps to take you to the center of night life and shopping. The metro is near, too. Very friendly and professional employees. Good furniture and quality electronics. I just had to bring myself. All the other details were already there (from the slippers to the shower cap, from the hair driers to toothbrush and toothpaste). No extra or hidden costs (like city tax, late check-out, internet, minibar, etc). By Hong Kong Standard rooms were very new and nicely decorated, package very attractive (mini bar and Internet included) and most importantly the service was outstandingly genuine, hospitable and professional. Exaty what you would hope to find in Hong Kog but rarely achieve. I am glad i finally found a gem like this. Incredible location right on top of LKF, short (but steep) walk to all major attractions in Central etc. Incredible nightlife right on your doorstep. The attention to detail in terms of the room and its amenities is unlike any I've experienced before, with complementary slippers, mini bar and snack pack on arrival. We are definitely going back!!. We liked everything but would have loved some robes to wear whilst relaxing. No pool and only one eating place that is a small cafe on the ground floor that you access from the outside of the building...but pretty decent breakfast. Also, I had to walk out of the hotel and on to the main road every time I wanted to smoke - a little annoying but not a deal breaker. Location is close to Lan Kwai Fong which causes some noise due to the music at night. The only downsides to mention would be no communal areas other than small seating area by reception. And even despite the glazing and height of hotel, this is not the place for light sleepers as the noise from LKF at weekends is unbelievable. Having to go home. Breakfast is served either in room or at next door O Cafe - the selection, quantity and quality of the food doesn't deliver to the stand of the hotel. Nothing. Could be noisy but if you decide to stay there is because you enjoy the fun part of hk. Nothing about the hotel. The hotel is overprised, even taking in consideration that many things are included as presents - I mean free minibar and pack of snacks. Breakfast is normal, but this is not 5* hotel breakfast at all. But the hotel is acceptable for young people who do not care about details and for whom nightlife is more important. Noise on lower floors. No pool. liked it all. Weather. Too sticky... none. The gym is not sufficient for anything other than jogging. Would like to have weights equipment. Breakfast place - O Cafe, not up to hotel's standard. view on construction from the window. Somewhat difficult to find a table for breakfast. The Hotel is placed in a noisy party area.
