It is about 600 metres from Causeway Bay MTR and 220 metres from SOGO. The spacious air-conditioned rooms are decorated in soothing cream tones and feature a fully equipped kitchenette. All come with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Marble bathrooms have hot-water showers. Awesome hotel in a great location. Not your standard big franchise type hotel. Small boutique hotel with a personal feel. Very clean and appropriate size rooms. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I think the staff makes this hotel very special , they had the personal touch and connect on a personal level. Location, in heart of causeway bay less than 5 min walk from MR station, very convientent.. Free daily breakfast is good and sufficient.&n.
all reviews » The location was perfect for shopping, and Victoria Park. The staff were always very pleasant and extremely helpful, with booking tours, giving information and just getting taxi's. The breakfast was simple but there was always plenty available and the added bonus of having tea, coffee, soft drinks etc available throughout the day was an added bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to HK, we booked a suite and the space was excellent. It had a much nicer feel than some of t. The hotel is located not far from the causeway bay shopping district, only a short distance by foot and the staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. The drinks and snacks provided at the hotel lobby is also a plus service. The suite is spacious comparing to the HK standard hotel room and the kitchen with the amenities is also nice, especially when traveling with kids. A great location and excellent staff. I have stayed here a number of times and enjoyed each occasion. The rooms are clean and the hotel provides free washing and drying machines which is excellent. Great restaurants and shopping on the front door step, 3 minute walk from exit f of the mtr and staff will grab you a taxi easily. The size of the room we stayed was large, like an apartment and cute furniture gives it a homely feel. Comfortable with nice features like a sound system that connects to I pod and actually sounds good! Breakfast basic but good selection. Great location for Hong Kong tourist. We were lucky to be upgraded to the suite. Even we checked in in the morning, our laggage was put in our room when we got back to hotel. The hotel do not have a lobby so when you have many suitcases, you have to bring them yourself to inside the hotel since the taxi driver only stops on the other side of the road. And you have to drag them crossing the road. The rooms are tiny even for Hong Kong standards, lack of a real gym or pool make the price a tad higher and less value for money than a comparatively priced option unless you are just there to shop. There is no place to work if you are considering this hotel for business. They do offer a small meeting room however that can be booked and paid for. Bathroom pretty basic, no bath, No view worth anything from the rooms. The elevator can have some pretty long waiting times. None. Shower tap very hard to keep the hot and cold mixture at one temperature. Way too hot or very cold. Breakfast could show a bit more variety. The breakfast Not sufficient lighting in the room. The furniture looks like from IKEA. the bed sheet is too soft. nothing. The room are too small only for one person, the breakfast. A/C above the bed and quite noisy. not enough tables for breakfast. Couches could have long tables in front of them for cups and plates in the morning and flowers later in the day. 10min. walk from Causeway bay MTR. Room size is very small. Only an ok hotel. Wouldn't stay here again. Lost the small design hotel feel due to poor management and maintanace. I decided to check out a day early due to the shortage of water supply on the afternoon of July 23rd. And the stuff wouldn't refund the last day saying it was a 3 day package deal I got from booking website. This water shortage issue want posted on website at the time of booking nor announced when I first checked in. This is poorly handled. Breakfast. Small rooms, no air con control, room was a bit dirty, would suggest to stay at the regal on same street for similar cost.
