The hotel has been completely renovated and is brand new. The staff were exceptionally helpful and all spoke good English. It is very close to the Jordan subway station, so all of HK was easy to reach. There are a lot of high end restaurants nearby, but also many inexpensive Chinese restaurants. The hotel is very well run and is very clean and new. I liked it a lot. the staffs are friendly, the location is good. the room is very clean, the ladies for house-keeping are very nice too! they have nice breakfast. facilities are good, wi-fi connection is good too! overall, its an excellent hotel & i am definitely gonna stay here again! :).

This was a brilliant hotel. It was very central, easy walk to MTR and night market over the road. We spend time at KBGC and so very close to this facility as well. Value for money. There was also a small incident in my room where the aircon unit started to leak and the ceiling was soaked; but the staff dealt with it very efficiently, and I was offered another room if I had needed it (it was the morning I was checking out anyway). Have to pay for leaving our luggages there after we check out at 11am..Our flight was 5pm. 1. Liquid soap for everything. Everything was great, just thought that a jim could be nice to have too, but I guess it would be too much to ask in this price range for hk hotel. WiFi speed in the room was rather disappointing. the house keeping is not very good, never refill for the tea pack and toilet row. too small shower space. less amenity. do not expect Like 3star hotel...I will only get 2star..
