it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful. The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.Automatically upgraded.Booked in only a `couple of hours. The staff. But I paid $600 more per day in order to have internet service in my room, which I think is a rip off.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, they let us check in early in our room, around 10 am. They also gave us a free bed - Free of Charge,since they know that i brought along my 2 kids. The location of the Hotel is excellent, upon arrival we just take the bus from the airport and stop in front of the hotel.No need to take taxi back to the airport. It is also near the mtr and shopping malls. I lilked the location and our room with a view of Kowloon Park. The location was perfect for getting around Hong Kong. 2 minute walk from the MTR station and out the door and onto Nathan Road. The location was very good...near shopping area.very good service, nice room. Excellent location, hotel is very close to the shops and harbour. Breakfast selection could be more various, some inconvenience due to current refurbishment. The fact that the fire alarm went off nearly every night / evening with false alarms. Other guests were smoking and set the alarm off. Not good in the middle of the night with 3 young children sleeping and not knowing if it was a real alarm or not.Their was some contruction going on but I asked to be moved and they did so very quickly. The additional cost of breakfast pkg. seemed high however it would have been difficult to find a western breakfast option conveniently and reasonably priced near the hotel.lack hotel shuttle bus services. Building works going on, but this will surely improve the hotel. The double bad is very small. too much noise coming through the connecting door to the next room. This caused us great annoyance at night. Also the room was too cold and the air conditioning was ignoring the thermostat setting. Staff who came to investigate could not speak English. We had to turn the system off.They should inform the clients that they are inder renovation, but the hotel will become wonderful, just the price is too high. the bed is very small.there was construction going on at the hotel, your site did not mention this and should have done.
