The personnel was very nice and helpful. The furniture of the room was almost perfect. The room was big and especially the bed was vey comfortable. The Jacuzzi on the roof is just great:-). Staff were excellent and helpful. It was close to the airport for my trip. The facilities were excellent and we had the included breakfast that had a great choice and was convenient. I thought the hotel was an excellent value. They have a 24 hr restaurant and i felt very secure at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and some of them spoke english.

Large beds, lots of pillows, well equipped bathroom, good wifi in room, good room service menu, with quick, efficient service. Airport shuttle very efficient. The location is OK for those looking for a night life but far from the other parts of the city. Very close to the airport though. It is very clean and nice with a good location to many dining places. Buen hotel y económico. The Room and location. Nice Staff. SUPER!. We stayed there because it is 6 minutes from the airport and has breakfast included and a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle starts at 4.15 A.M.and runs each hour. The breakfast starts at 6 A.M. and is very good. Clean spacious room, good breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly. The water in the shower was not all the time hot. Aircon in room very inefficient. Only 2 desks open for checkout and printer not working, so no final checkout statement available and it wasnt sent via email as promised. I was staying at the 5th floor. The facilities were somewhat outdated; a lot of space not used. breakfast not included in the rate. Facilities are rather old. 1. Staff had difficulty finding our reservation and rather than simply creating a new reservation at the price agreed, spent ages searching for our booking and asked me to forward the booking email from my phone, which seemed unnecessary. 2. Only one bottle of drinking water in the room 3. Poor choice of vegetarian options on the late night menu. free wi-fi connection was poor on my floor, other then that no complaints. breakfast not included. I had prepaid for two rooms, but they made me pay again for the second room upon checkout. gym, no moneychang service at the reception,. all perfect. Instalaciones un poco antiguas. The hotel didnt confirm our booking by email as we asked before arriving. Hotel was good . But this noise that was coming in from out side was really annoying. It sounded like somekind of big engine and was not easy to sleep with it. Rooms were a bit too dark. Noisy motors outside window. We were on 10th floor. Turned air con off and still very noisy. We were in room 701 on the north side next to the hotel's air conditioning unit. It was very noisy. The bathroom door did not close and the dead bolt did not work. Both were reported and ignored. a lot of noice, I suppose there was a generator next to my room didn't sleep well. Very bad internet connection in the room. Internet works good only in lobby. very very poor internet connection for a company that advertise high speed internet. Every day I was there I had to contact the IT department. The hotel lobby and restaurants were under renovation. Had I know I wouldn't had stay there. The worst customer service I have ever had in my great many travels. The front desk employee and manager were mean and incredibly rude. We regret our decision to stay at this hotel.
